White Man Under Attack

12 Wednesday Jul 2023

What’s wrong with the Straight White Race People?

“The key to solving the social
problems of our time is to abolish the White race. If you are a White male, you
don’t deserve to live. You are a cancer. You should kill yourself. It’s the
right thing to do.”

Noel Ignatiev, Jewish Marxist / Harvard
PHD

Today, other than all this commotion Donald Trump, mass
killings and the war in Ukraine, the only things we read and hear about every
day is this outcry about, women rights, native rights, LGBT rights, minorities
of all color rights, Muslims rights and so on and so on, all these people
blaming the White Straight Man for their misery.

The past five decades have not been very kind to the
white straight man. Until the 1960s, the white straight man comfortably sat
unchallenged atop the cultural and economic pyramid. He did not have to deal
with all these disgruntled people and minorities that we read about and listen
complaining every day about their despair and misery.

Today, like it or not, disgruntled people and
minorities are everywhere, complaining, blaming, and accusing the White Race
about anything and everything. If White Straight People do not agree with their
condition, their way of life, their vision of the future, they are conveniently
labeled as racist, homophobic, misogynist individuals and personalities.

Today, the White Straight Man, being guilty as charged
and condemned without a fair trial and lynched on the public place, is no
longer included in anything, and no longer part of the conversation. His right
to speak does no longer exist. Unsuccessful, disgruntled, frustrated, depraved
people of every minority confronted with the power structure are now
challenging all laws and institutions that they wrongly believe that are
confining them to traditional roles in the private sphere. Instead of
empowering themselves by doing what would right to do, sticking to their guns,
unsuccessful, disgruntled, frustrated, depraved people of all minorities are
now questioning traditional conceptions of gender and sexuality.

All these so-called “rights movements” that we see
today, instead of promoting and building a fairer, more diverse society and
rectifying all possible wrongs that may have happened in the past are only
successful in creating more opposition, more animosity, and more violence as a
direct assault on the well-established moral values of a world global silent
community that believe in a better world and rightfully condemned all immoral
values.

Today grievance defined the targets of the frustrated
minorities. They battle against liberal academics and politicians by stressing
multiculturalism and celebrating the contribution of minorities while
distorting and minimizing the achievements of white men. As for the White
Straight Man, both man and female, they silently fume about companies and
schools giving preference to less-qualified people and minorities in an effort
to achieve greater diversity.

For the White Straight Man, male and female, it is time
to react, it is time to fight back. We are told that we live in a democracy,
where everyone has the same rights, the same opportunities.

Reality Check!

We now live in a democracy where the White Straight Man no longer benefit
of the Freedom of Speech right. We now live in a democracy where the White
Straight Man, to get a job, shall indicate on his or her résumé that he or she
is part of a minority group or a member of the LGBT community.

As far as I am concerned, we do live in a democracy, where everyone has
the same opportunities, and we need to move on. If the fact that you are a
woman, black or gay is what defines you, you have a problem, not me.

The traditional way of managing crises is obsolete. New crisis dynamics in combination with cultural and technology-led shifts are challenging businesses. Crisis communications has never been so complex. A new way of thinking is needed. One that is data-fueled, rooted in trust, connected to culture, and integrated across business functions.

Our Connected Crisis approach is built for today’s digital-first world: data-fueled, rooted in trust, connected to culture, and integrated across business functions. Once the crisis is over, we bring our full capabilities to bear to help organizations and brands rebuild trust across stakeholders.

I am fed up with Trump , Ukraine , Mass Shootings, LGBTQ , Racism, Islam, Abortion,Transgenders issues, Being Politically Correct and Social Sensitivity.

Sugar Coated  Shit is still Shit and still taste like Shit.

If it looks like shit, smells like shit, and feels like shit you don’t have to actually eat it to know it’s shit. If it sound like shit it must be shit.

It’s All Shit

If it walks like shit, talks like shit, feels like shit, tastes like shit; looks like shit, sounds like shit; smells like shit, tells like shit, it is all shit.

Just remember. It is good to have a penis. What is not good is to try to force it in everybody’s throat.

I have the right to offend you, offend your sacred symbols, offend your sensibilities, your emotions and feelings. This is what we call “Freedom of Expression”.

Personally, when  I don’t have anything to say or facing imbecility and absurdity, I prefer not to talk. Ignoring you is a better and preferable alternative.

Apple Reveals Vision Pro AR Headset at Its Worldwide Developers’ Conference

06 Tuesday Jun 2023

Apple has lifted the lid on the worst kept secret in Silicon Valley and revealed the Vision Pro, a $3,499 VR headset.

With Vision Pro, you’re no longer limited by a display. The headset allows users to interact with “apps and experiences”, in an augmented reality (AR) version of their own surroundings or in a fully immersive virtual reality (VR) space.

Apple Vision Pro relies solely on your eyes, hands, and voice. You browse the system simply by looking. App icons come to life when you look at them; simply tap your fingers together to select, and gently flick to scroll.

A feature called “EyeSight” will show users’ eyes on the front screen when they are in an AR mode, simulating a transparent screen and letting them more naturally interact with those around them, but will show a blurred version of a VR experience to indicate to others when they are not present in the room.

Because you can see the world clearly when wearing Vision Pro, you remain present in your space. You can review your to-do list and notes, review your next trip in safari, and play music while you type. It works seamlessly with familiar Bluetooth accessories, and you can even bring your Mac wirelessly into Apple Vision Pro just by looking at it.

As well as applications built from the ground up for the device, Vision Pro will also run apps built for iOS, appearing as a floating screen in front of the user. The company is pitching the device as a powerful but compact replacement or augmentation for a user’s existing devices.

The device will ship “early next year” in the US, Apple said. No dates or prices were given for other regions.

The Essence of Deception

02 Friday Jun 2023

Posted by JMD Live Online Business Consulting in General

The essence of deception is distraction: When asking for help, appeal to people’s self-interest, never to their mercy or gratitude.

The essence of deception is distraction. Distracting the people, you want to deceive gives you the time and space to do something they will not notice. An act of kindness, generosity, or honesty is often the most powerful form of distraction disarms people’s attention and suspicions. People turns into children eagerly lapping up any kind of affectionate gesture. This is what I call “giving before you take”. The giving makes it hard for people to notice the taking. This is a strategy with infinite practical uses. Brazenly taking something from someone is dangerous, even for the powerful. The victim of the taking may plot revenge. It is also dangerous to simply ask for what you need, no matter how politely you do it: Unless people see some gain for themselves, they may come to resent your neediness. Learn to give before you take. It softens the ground, takes the bite out of future request, or simply create distractions. The giving can take many forms: An actual gift, a generous act, a kind favor, an “honest” admission, whatever it takes.

Selective honesty is best employed on your first encounter with someone. A first impression lasts a long time. If someone believes you are honest at the start of your relationship, it will take a lot to convince them otherwise. And this gives you plenty of room to maneuver. A single act of honesty is often not enough. What is important is a reputation for honesty built on a series of act. These can be quite inconsequential. Once your reputation for honesty is established, as with first impressions, it is hard to shake.

Honesty is one of the best ways to disarm the wary, but it is not the only one. Any kind of noble, apparently selfless act will serve you. The best such act is one of generosity. Few people can resist a gift, even from the most hardened enemy. Generosity is often the perfect way to disarm people. A gift brings out the child in us, instantly lowering our defenses. Although we often view other people’s actions in the most cynical light, we rarely see the Machiavellian element of a gift, which quite often hides ulterior motives. A gift is the perfect object in which to hide a deceptive move.

Selective kindness should also be part of your arsenal of deception. By playing on people’s emotions, calculated acts of kindness can turn anyone into a gullible child. As with any emotional approach, this strategy must be practiced with caution: If people see through it, their disappointed feelings of gratitude and warmth will become the most violent hatred and distrust. Unless you can make the gesture seem sincere and heartfelt, do not play with fire.

When you have a history of deceit behind you, no amount of honesty, generosity or kindness will fool people. Any such act will only call attention to itself. Once people have come to see you as deceitful, to act honest all of a sudden is simply suspicious. In these cases, it is better to play the rogue. Nothing in the realm of success and power is set in stone. Overt deceptiveness will sometimes cover your tracks, even making you admired for the honesty of your dishonesty.

For Many, Working from Home Has Been a Life-Changing Experience

16 Tuesday May 2023

“… it allowed me to be more of the person I aspire to be, The Best in The World at What I Do.”

“I have always been better with the written word than the spoken one and for me working from home, allowing me to be more of the person I aspire to be, revealed itself to be very much a privilege. While for some the lack of interaction can make it easy for minor anxieties and frustrations to spiral into existential crises, for me, it gives me time to think, allows me to write considered arguments, and makes me more articulate.”

As a professional, I am a business and management consultant, a free thinking creative systemic strategic planner and most of my days involve reading reports, finding obscure problems, addressing, and solving them for the benefit of my clients. When in the office, attempting to share my ideas often meant stumbling over my words and sometimes blurting out a dumbed-down version of what I was trying to say or demonstrate. But these days, most of my work-related interaction with either my clients, contributors and associates are through office and social media chat apps. This means I have time to craft my comments before I utter them.

Now, I can spend a minute writing them down as clearly as possible, making a better case for the changes I would like to make, recommend, or see implemented. The slowed interaction gives me time to think, allows me to write considered arguments, and makes me more articulate. Essentially, it allows me to be more of the person I aspire to be, the best in the world at what I do. What is more, the terrain has evened out. Everyone is on the same platform, equally accessible, and they can answer me when it is convenient.

Overall, in these days of pandemic, the toll of isolation far outweighs the benefits of reduced social anxiety.

The Present Belongs to The Crowds

16 Tuesday May 2023

Posted by JMD Live Online Business Consulting in General

Today and tomorrow, like it or not, the future belongs to crowds.

We are now living in a society where there are too many chiefs and not enough indians.

Remember the images of the Chinese pro-democracy protesters dispersed by troops in Tienanmen Square; the images of the several million mourners streaming through the streets of Tehran to the funeral of Ayatollah Khomeini; the images of a “tent city” emerging in Tompkins Square Park; the images of hundreds of English soccer fans penned against a chain-link fence during a match at Hillsborough Stadium in Sheffield; the images of the January 6 United States Capitol attack?

Our world is now defined by images of crowds to rival those of the past: people waiting in mile-long lines at food banks; police using tear gas to disperse protesters; thousands of people gathered in support of Black Life Matters, Pro-life, LGBTQ rights and so on. More than ever, the protests of the past few years have shown that the most immediate and dramatic way for people to register discontent and call for change is by massing in the streets in frank and perilous defiance of the establishment and public order.

More than ever, people are standing in the streets rather that in the voting polls.

A dire consequence: governments, legislators and politicians are no longer adopting legislations and policies to build a better society, they are doing it to please the crowds and make sure to be re-elected and maintain their own personal power. To make things worse, news media in search of better ratings, are throwing oil on the fire: news commentators are no longer reporting, they are commenting; the more incipient and incendiary they are, the more profit. The real problem of the world today is not the Covid-19, the real problem is the degeneracies and degeneration of the people.

Imbecility is now the trademark of most of our populations.

Among the younger generation, progressive values are hegemonic. On issues ranging from LGBTQ and women’s rights to anti-racism and immigration, younger people are attempting to communicate their moral values on social media to the older generation.

Our world is getting really crazy, perhaps the most astounding year in generations, a time of norm-shattering abnormalities with an unlimited potential of destruction that might culminate in world-wide conflicts.

Based on the crisis-infused year we are in now; it is easy to predict that the balance of 2023 will unfold with even more craziness and long forgot aberrations. What we need is, as for the deluge, the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah, a major modern upheaval that would purge the earth from all the Trumps of this world, from all the malefactors of an evil society.

Targeting Customers on Social Media

16 Tuesday May 2023

Posted by JMD Live Online Business Consulting in General

Is your Business ready for what comes next?

“It doesn’t get much better than a moment of delight on social media.”

For most businesses, social media engagement seems like a slam dunk strategy. Everyone should be doing it, right? But it certainly comes with its blind spots and questions.

One of the quickest and easiest ways to set yourself apart on social media is simply to reply to all your customers, all the time. A helpful and happy response will invariably propel you ahead of the curve. All it takes is engaging with the people who want to engage with you.

Eighty-eight percent of brands do not respond to messages that need a reply. Simply by engaging with your customers and clients, by engaging with the people who want to engage with you, be among the elite twelve percent.

JMD Live ONLINE BUSINESS CONSULTING can help you do just that. Here are some tips that you can implement today.

1. Social media engagement is public

Social media engagement allows you to naturally amplify your brand’s voice and tone. Social media engagement allows you to propel your interactions front-and-center before a larger audience.

Traditional private one on one private interactions like email are fine, but with social channels like Twitter, these interactions can be public, at least to start. The same goes for engaging with your audience in Instagram comments or Facebook reviews.

You are already wowing your private audience in other channels like email and live chat! With social media, the awesomeness you are delivering becomes visible to everyone. Those amazing audience interactions that create strong word of mouth marketing for you are now amplified to a much larger audience.

Existing and potential customers get to see first-hand that you are responsive and actively supporting your products and services.

2. Social media engagement is fast and focused

You can deliver delight very fast and in a focused way, chatting with your audience about specific topics and campaigns or helping solve problems that they are facing.

Focusing on the short and sweet, something magical happens: the barrier to entry for your audience drops dramatically. They now have an easy way to converse with you, anytime. Focusing and specific topics mean you can reply faster and engage deeper with your audience.

Faster responses equal happier customers, which equals more ROI. Happier customers and clients are the one big factor that affects any bottom line: faster responses generate revenue for all brands.

Because of its fast and friendly nature, social media is often preferred over other channels of getting in touch. The more and faster you respond to your audience, the better and faster prospective customers and clients learn that social media are great places to connect directly with both, you and your brand.

3. Social media is where your customers are.

Today, social media is where your customers are. You can achieve a huge scale of engagement by being responsive on social media.

A vast majority of your audience of your prospective customers and clients are on social media throughout the day. It is where they are at and where it often makes the most sense for them to reach out and get in touch. Today, people spend most of their waking hours staring at screens.

Let it be known that people spend an average of nearly four hours a day consuming media on a screen. A growing percentage of that viewing happens on smartphones and apps.

What are you waiting for?
